Obagi-C Rx System C-Balancing Toner stabilizes skin's delicate pH levels to reduce excess oil production for a clear, matte complexion. Vitamin C promotes collagen synthesis as it diminishes hyperpigmentation and neutralizes free radicals. Antiseptic witch hazel purifies and minimizes pores while PCA provides lightweight hydration. Aloe vera soothes inflammation and evens skin tone.
After cleansing with C-Cleansing Gel, apply three to four pumps of the C-Balancing Toner to the entire face. Do not rinse off.

This is a very gentle toner. I haven't had any burning sensations since starting it and the bottle package is awesome too. It lets minimal toner out on the pad so you don't have much wasted.
