Customer service &moisturizer disappoint
I immediately returned this moisturizer and read the return policy before hand. Even during the COVID19 issues I made sure to get it done in a timely matter to only receive an $18 credit for the store. Clearly Dermstore doesn't abide by the amazing return service they claim to have. You cannot try products without a fee. Order from Nordstrom instead. I won't be ordering again.

I'm using Obagi's 3 step acne system and it's very drying to my super sensitive skin so I felt like I needed a more potent night time moisturizer. Hydrate Luxe is very thick - when you hold the jar upside down nothing will come out, that rich thick cream is staying put! But it's oddly not thick feeling on my skin at all, not greasy or heavy. It has never caused a breakout - which is practically unheard of for me (which could be the 3 step system's magic). No overwhelming scent either. I love this stuff! I've been using for about 3 weeks now and plan to repurchase when I need more.
