I like this shampoo a lot. I bought a sample kit of the main Olaplex products to see what all the hype was about. I found the whole routine unnecessarily time consuming for modest results. However, I liked the shampoo enough to reorder that product alone. It has a very low sudsing factor that took me a bit to get accustomed to, but now I know you don't need oodles of suds to get clean (but not stripped) hair. It seems to treat my somewhat fragile, thin hair very well, and I am more than satisfied with the results each time. The only negative is how pricy it is.
