Not as much of the active ingredient in this one.
This one compared to the Olaplex 2 or 3 does not have as much of the active ingredient for hair repair. However, those are not masks but for treatment. This one is a mask, and leaves your hair soft and conditioned as a mask should, those (2 & 3) really need to be followed by a mask, and this is a good option. The smell is mild, pleasant and not overwhelming. Use less than you think you need, it's rich and a little goes a long way. Consider adding a foil cap over a plastic cap to add some warmth during treatment. I do prefer the professional verson of this mask, since you get more in the bottle and it's a lower cost per oz overall. But this is a good option if you don't have access to the professional version of the mask.

#8 Bond intense Moisturizing Mask is another product I added to my hair care routine. I am always a work Al because I have fine hair and very blond with some help from my colorist. It would be natural for my hair to be dry because I am in FLorida almost half the year. I love to walk and do not like wearing hats to protect my hair. My hair gets sun which does dry it out. But this product makes it silky and radiant every time I use it which is weekly. I highly recommend all Olaplex Products which have allowed my hair to be longer than it has ever been and I am in my 70s. My hair dresser introduced them and uses their products in her shop. It has made a world of difference. Use #8 weekly and see a huge difference with every application.
