Olaplex No.5 Bond Maintenance Conditioner 8.5 oz
- After using Olaplex No. 4 Bond Maintenance Shampoo, apply a generous amount to from scalp to tip.
- Leave on for three minutes, then rinse. This is part of the Olaplex 3-4-5 system.

Unfortunately, my scalp felt itchy on the first use. I explored further and saw that there can be reactions to Olaplex. If it works for you, great - love what it did for my hair; just not for my scalp. I returned it.

I periodically switch shampoos otherwise my hair starts to take issue with the same product. I decided to try this, and so far I’m pleased with the purchase. It’s a little pricey per ounce, but the shampoo lathers very, very well. I typically run through the bottle of shampoo before the conditioner, but I think I’ll use both of these up simultaneously.

I color my hair black once a month or so because of those pesky grays. I heard this shampoo was great for strengthening damaged hair from color so decided to give it a shot. It’s done wonders. I use it once a week but I do tend to find my scalp feeling a bit itchier after use with the conditioner. Not sure if it’s not all properly washing out as I tend to have white specks only after using this specific conditioner, but irregardless it really has helped my hair. I would definitely recommend it

I have thick full hair. It gives both of us shine and body. My hair is colored and my color stays and does not get brassy.

Simple packaging, effective products. Only complaint is a little shampoo goes a long way and the conditioner doesn’t stretch as far for me - so I end up going thru about two bottles of that for every one of shampoo.
