Does add volume
My hair is very thin and fine and this DOES seem to add a lot of volume without the stickiness or stiffness that a lot of other products have. Will buy again.

After shaking the bottle several times, a nice, full foam is dispensed to the hand. Not much at all is needed to fully cover wet hair as the consistency allows for easy dispersal. There is only a faint scent and it absorbs instantly. I recommend this product which adds body and shine to the hair.

I apply this to wet hair at the roots and allow to set for a few minutes. I follow with a hair dryer—gives great, flexible volume at the roots. I have very fine hair—it provides lift without the stickiness and hair pull of other products I’ve used. Smells amazing
