Terms and Conditions

• Gift Cards can be redeemed in full or as part-payment for products or services purchased online at https://www.dermstore.com/
• Your Dermstore eGift Card may be used to purchase any merchandise online at dermstore.com.
• Purchase or use of Dermstore eGift Cards constitutes acceptance of all terms and conditions.
• Gift Cards should be treated like cash. They will not be replaced if lost, stolen or damaged. Gift cards are not cheque guarantees, credit cards, or charge cards.
• When you make a purchase with your Dermstore eGift Card number, the value of your purchase plus any shipping/handling fees and sales tax, if applicable, will be automatically deducted from your eGift Card number balance.
• When you use the Gift Card, the amount of your purchase will be deducted from the balance on the Card. You may use the Gift Card as part-payment for goods of a higher value than the value on the Gift Card on payment of the difference.
• eGift Cards are non-refundable, are not redeemable for cash, cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed and cannot be resold or transferred for value, except where required by law.
• Once a Dermstore eGift Card is activated it is not transferable to anyone else.
• eGift Cards do not have activation charges, or service fees.
• The right to close customer accounts and request alternative forms of payment if a fraudulently obtained Dermstore E-Gift Card is redeemed on purchases through dermstore.com.
• eGift Cards cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards.
• Gift Cards which are defaced, altered, or cancelled will not be accepted.
• eGift Card only available in pre-set denominations.
• Your Dermstore eGift Card never expires.
• Dermstore Gift Cards are issued and remain the property of THG Beauty USA LLC.
