After washing your feet, slip on the plastic socks and tape around the ankles with the attached tapes. Wear the socks for two hours to allow product to absorb. Remove the sock packs, discard and wash feet in bathtub gently with soap.

Decent product
I wore them for an hour without soaking beforehand. I got peeling starting about five days later - it wasn't really a lot of peeling as some others have described, but maybe I didn't have a lot of dead skin. One thing I noticed is that since the product is on the bottom of the booties, it didn't really do much for the skin on the sides of my feet and toes. I would consider trying this again some day.

This product is legit, but timing is EVERYTHING.
I had friends recommend Baby Foot (time to get the feet ready for sandal season!) I used as recommended.. first soaking feet in warm/hot water for 20 minutes. Then putting on the BabyFoot booties with socks over them for almost 90 minutes. Great time to do double duty with this AND deep condition my hair. I then rinsed off the baby feet and waited... and waited. The instructions said you should see peeling similar to a sunburn after a week. and I waited. And at EXACTLY 1 week my feet started peeling. And then continued to peel until the end of week 2. So timing is EVERYTHING on this product. But, I went in for a pedicure yesterday and for the first time ever, I wasn't slightly mortified by the condition of my feet following winter dry weather and boot season.. But do not think you are going to use this product and during the first week 1) already see results (2) think your feet are ok to show to anyone the 2nd week.

Weird Yet Effective
I've used Babyfoot twice now. You have to be patient - soak your feet first, sit around in the booties for an hour and then wait a few days. But once it starts peeling, it really works.
