After washing your feet, slip on the plastic socks and tape around the ankles with the attached tapes. Wear the socks for two hours to allow product to absorb. Remove the sock packs, discard and wash feet in bathtub gently with soap.

It really works!
I tried this after seeing a celebrity endorsement in People Magazine, never having done that before. I have very sensitive skin and read the instructions and precautions carefully. The product takes a few days to start working but when it does, the exfoliation process is amazing! Its tingles while wearing the booties but after that, no skin irritation even as flakes of skin are falling off. There is a baby foot mask product available, recommended for use two weeks after the exfoliation. That one is really good, too. Then most difficult part of the process is the need to sit still for 60 minutes while wearing the booties. So in reality, not difficult at all.

Definitely soak your feet for 30 min before you put them on. Leave them on for about an hour and a half, cover with some fuzzy socks, and then wait a few days to see the peeling. My feet look amazing now!

I live in NYC and walk a lot and Baby Foot is my go to when my feet need a bit of TLC. I use this every few months and the results each time are fantastic...its like I have new feet. It is a process and the peeling can be a bit much ( but satisfying too) but it is all worth it...espcecially since I am on my feet a lot. I get regular pedicures and that helps keep my feet/toes looking good but Baby Foot is what keeps them looking fantastic and healthy. I highly recommend!

These will leave your feet super soft but only after you go through the rough stages. Peeling stages will be gross yet satisfying so don't wear open toed shoes out in public. Soaking your feet everyday really does help speed up the process. Definitely a product to use a couple times a year!

I have terribly callused feet and these boots do the trick. I sometimes need to repeat in 2 weeks for a better effect but I think that's due to my calluses. Make sure to pre soak for at least 20 min prior to use. Peeling will be intense after 5-7 days.
