ORA Electric Roller Replacement Needle Heads Set features three replacement heads compatible with the ORA Electric Microneedle Roller Derma Pen System. These adjustable heads give you the flexibility to switch to different needle depths from 0.25mm to 2.00 mm and help take the guesswork out of microneedling whilst providing deeper needle penetration.
Please note: Needle heads set is not compatible with the Microneedle Derma Pen System.
To place the needle head on the electric roller, place the head on the end of the derma pen and then push the needle head while turning the head clockwise until the two openings on the head locked into the two round slots on the roller. You can adjust the needle length by turning the needle length adjustment part. To remove the cartridge, turn the needle head counter clockwise and pull the needle head off once the cartridge openings are no longer locked into the two round slots on the roller.

works great with ORA dermapen
I bought the ORA dermapen (which comes with 2 sets of replacement needle heads) and a pack of these replacements. I've done two treatments to date - once facial, and another to help with postpartum skin laxity on my tummy. Replacement heads are individually packaged, and identical to those included with the pen itself. I plan to repurchase regularly, as each replacement head should only be used for 1 treatment so as not to encourage contamination. I'm looking forward to continued use on a monthly schedule, and hopefully great results!

Same as professional treatment
I get microneedling done 3 times a year and this actually gives the same exact results! (Minus the PRP). The fact that it's much cheaper is a huge plus. Don't use it on active acne though :)

I have been microneedling with a roller for some time and bought this for increased needle depth. It works! I would recommend this for a more professional microneedling treatment from home. As always, be careful with sanitation and replace the needles as directed. This is a good price for replacements! typically you have to buy a whole new roller every 6 months.

A must have
I use a new head for each session to guarantee that the needles are completely sterile and sanitized. Yes that's more expensive, but especially when you're using deeper needle depths (1.0 +) it's a small price to pay to prevent even the tiniest chance of infection from re-use. And with fresh needles you never have to wonder if they are still as sharp as they should be. I love the results and really appreciate that Dermstore sells these replacement heads.
