The roller can be used on the face and body every 3-5 days, depending on your results. Step 1: Make sure your roller is clean. Disinfect with alcohol or similar disinfectant.
Step 2: Use mild pressure, do not force the roller into your skin.
Step 3: Roll back and forth at the same intensity on the treatment area 5-10 times in each of the four directions - horizontally, vertically and diagonally.
Step 4: Following treatment, you may apply creams and other skincare products.

Not entirely sold on benefits
I bought this roller pen and can't say I've seen a drastic difference in my skin. I also haven't been adamant about regularly using it. I do suggest ensuring you don't put anything on your face for 24 hours after using though!

Microneedling for melasma
I'm trying it for my melasma, I've only used it a few times but have no additional hyperligmentation issues that others have described. I was worried. I also use it with mandelic acid and vitamin c. I feel like it looks a little better but too soon to tell.

One of my favorite gadgets
Unexpectedly painless. I purchased a few derma roller and only used them once due to the uncomfortable pain and the ultimate result wasn't rewarding therefore I stopped purchase them but few months ago I spotted this little item fairly priced and wanted to give it a try. NOT GOOD QUALITY
First time I purchased this roller i opened it and when taking it out of the clear container it looked like the roller had been used? There was scratches all over it and the blades looked dirty so I returned it and purchased another.. opened up that one, took plastic off etc and again scratches all over the base of the product and when testing the roll on my hand the needles felt extremely sharp - I have rolled before and normally the blades are sharp but not to the point where even if you roll lightly you get scratches on your face. Dermstore you need to sort through your rollers because i think you guys were sent defective ones.
