Peppermint shampoo!
I can only use this shampoo during the summer. My scalp will become dryish and flaky during the winter, if I use this shampoo every day. I do not like peppermint ingredient and spearmint ingredient in one shampoo. I think it is too much pure peppermint leaf extract. I like to use the moisturing shampoos everyday and a clarifying shampoo from Bumble and Bumble brand on Sunday. I really like the Bumble and Bumble Sunday shampoo to cleanse my hair from styling products. Peppermint shampoos are good for removing excessive greasiness, styling products, and chlorine buildup on hair. Peppermint and pure mint leaf oils are very common in haircare and skincare today.

Never thought I needed this

pretty good for oily scalp
I have a very oily scalp, but sometimes my hair tends to dry out on the ends. I usually use this treatment once a week. I massage it into my scalp and let it sit for a few moments and then wash out. I will follow it up with a clarifying shampoo. It smells so good and I can definitely tell a difference in my scalp and the number of days I can go without washing.

It Really Works!
I noticed a big improvement in my dry, flaky scalp after the first use! The texture feels like very fine exfoliating particles that you really need to scrub in to see nice results. The second time I use this I noticed that my hair seemed to have a residue left over when I was blow drying it... So you have to be really careful to make sure you wash it all out. Sometimes I even shampoo it with something else after I use this product to make sure I don't leave any in my hair. But that said I have noticed a big improvement in my scalp and I will continue to use this.

I use it once a week for a good detox clean. The smell is pleasant and not over powering. Wished it came in a squeeze bottle rather jar because its kind of hard to get the product out when you're in the shower.

I have fine straight hair with an oily scalp and suffer from seborrheic dermatitis. I read some great reviews so decided to give this a try. I used this daily for about 2 weeks along with the Scalp Revival Charcoal Tea Tree Scalp Treatment. Not a miracle worker, but definitely made a difference. The texture was rather different - reminds me of a mud mask. Cooling sensation while using and lasts for a little after rinsed. Cleansed very well. Removed all dirt and oils but also didn't Make my scalp feel too dry. Did not leave any residue behind. I cannot say if it was the shampoo or treatment since I have been using them both, but I have seen a reduction in itch, flaking, and general irritation of the scalp. The only negative in my opinion is the packaging. I'm not a fan of the jar style. Just messy in the shower. Overall, I will be purchasing again.
