Excellent way of drawing white heads out of the skin
These pimple patches don't work miracles, but are nonetheless helpful for getting whiteheads "resolved" sooner rather than later. I typically will put one of these on after I get a pimple and they go away faster for sure.

I like these, but...
I'm torn. I love these for white heads. It sucks everything out overnight and clears the way for the morning. I have tried these on zits that are starting to mount, but have found them ineffective for that. I'm not a fan of the different sizes. I feel like there's too many small size when what I really need are only the med-large size. Therefore only four stars from me.

Unsure of Effectiveness
Unsure of my feelings towards this product. I don't think they do any harm but also not sure how much they actually do. I've worn them multiple times and my pimples never seem to be reduced or less red afterwards. Maybe I'm not using them correctly or on the right type of pimple. Helpful in keeping my hands off the pimple though which is a plus as I always touch my face.

I prefer the patches with salicylic acid. They are more effective. These patches didn't help with the duration of a breakout at all.

I do not get a lot of acne, but whenever I get those hormonal pimples, using these helps me out so much. It drains everything out and also helps me avoid touching it. I cannot wear them out, because my skin is darker and they are extremely noticeable, but I wear them at night and they get the job done!
