very useful product
i'm a horrible no good can't control myself blemish picker. if nothing else these patches have cured me from damaging my skin. although, i'm not entirely sure that they are pulling gunk out of the pimple, they do remove moisture and help reduce swelling. they also help the spot to heal faster. this is a product that i will definitely keep stocked in my arsenal. a little expensive. so far they work better than any other cheaper brands that i've tried. definitely repurchasing, despite the price.

They Do the Job
For $6, I highly recommend. These are great patches when a pimple pops up. It eliminates the acne without drying out my skin or irritating it with harsh ingredients. It does not always work in one day but it really helps the process of eliminating the acne and redness.

They do a great job
These patches do a great job of sucking out the goop and bad stuff from pimples. They're comparable to the Nexcare brand but for a better price. Stick one on a popped pimple overnight and the swelling and inflammation will noticeably go down.

Pretty Amazing
Works better than most expensive treatments or masks I've tried for acne! Doesn't always get rid of a pimple the next day but appearance of acne spots are less raised and less red. speeds up the healing process.

They work!
I remember trying pimple patches YEARS ago and feeling disappointed when they didn't appear to work. I realize, now, that I must have been applying them wrong the whole time. Echoing others, you cannot just pop a patch on a pimple and expect it to go away. The patches should be used for when you've already popped the pimple and you need to draw out any impurities and fluid. while these won't remove cysts, I've applied them to cysts that I've tried to pop (I know! You're not supposed to touch cysts!) and it has helped the inflammation go down considerably. I routinely purchase these and don't plan to stop any time soon.
