Love this Elemis cleansing balm!
I absolutely love this Elemis cleansing balm!! The only experience I had with double cleansing was with using the PCA facial cleansing oil before my regular cleanser and I loved it! I decided to try the Elemis cleansing balm after hearing good reviews and I love it! It feels so nourishing and rich on the face and does a fantastic job of getting off all the dirt and makeup before your second cleanse. I LOVE the smell! I know some reviewers did not like the scent, but I’m not sensitive to scent of skincare or makeup. I think it smells “spa like”. Great cleansing balm and worth the money to me. Lasts a long time too!

Effective but pricy
It’s great for removing eye makeup and foundation before using your normal cleanser, however it’s nearly impossible to not get in your eyes when rinsing off. I recommend using as little as possible and wiping off with a damp cloth - even then be so cautious. A little pricy in my opinion for what it is, but it does seem like it will last a long time.
