Using it nightly
This feels so smooth going on, and i use it to take my makeup off my eyes as well as rub all over my face to help break up dirt from my day. I never feel like i have to scrub to get my makeup off which is sooo nice - it's gentle and leaves my face feeling smooth and clean.

Revolutionary Cleanser

Good stuff
I have been using this as a cleanser for years. It is especially good if you have dry skin. Make-up comes off very easily and it is nice that they send along a wash cloth too. I have tried other cleansers but always come back to this one.

Emollient, Rich Texture - Good Cleanser
This balm is very emollient and not overly fragrant. I've used this product for consistently for 3 months and it has not been problematic for my skin and doesn't leave my skin feeling stripped after removal. It does a good job at removing makeup, but depending on the amount of makeup, it may take a couple of applications to remove all the makeup. Rather than wet my fingers to turn the balm into a more liquid like consistency, I find that applying the balm on dry skin and removing it with a warm, damp cloth leaves my skin feeling more supple and hydrated after cleansing. I gave this balm 4 stars because I would prefer it to be less milky like consistency when mixed with water which for my skin leaves it feeling less hydrated afterwards.

Great balm, heavy fragrance
As balms go, this one is fantastic! Does everything an oil cleansing balm should do and washes away cleanly. The jar lasts forever. It is heavily fragranced, though. I don't have sensitive skin but it's a bit much for a product meant to be rubbed on eyes to remove makeup. No joke, your bathroom will smell like an an apothecary's shop when you open it up. If you don't mind the heavy herbal fragrance, try this balm. It is one of the best I've tried, and I've tried a lot!

I was surprised by how much I needed up liking this balm. Melts really well, felt very clean after rinsing. The smell isn't the greatest but it doesn't smell chemically, more natural, so its fine for a cleansing routine. It made it very much like a ritual every time I used it. Would purchase again.
