Meet our newest Elements - an antioxidant-rich facial SPF made for skin, not just the sun. The technology in UV AOX Elements not only protects your skin outdoors, with 100% mineral actives to reflect and scatter UVA and UVB rays, but also protects your skin indoors by blocking 56% of HEV (blue light from screens), which is 39% more than our original UV Elements formula. This tinted sunscreen contains antioxidants that help to combat signs of photoaging, such as fine lines and wrinkles, and is proven to reduce detrimental effects of multi-environmental aggressors (i.e., UV, Ozone and PM) by 96%. UV AOX Elements features hyaluronic acid to increase hydration and moisture retention, and bisabolol & ginger root to help calm the skin and visibly reduce redness.

I have used this product for a year and love it. It adds a touch of color, but isn't greasy or chalky at all. I use it every single day no matter the weather, even if I am not going outside. Some days I use foundation over it, but not always, since it does have a tint. I especially like that it contains minerals as a physical barrier, rather than chemical barriers. I was very pleased to see that my dermatologist offers this product in his office. But, I buy it here at Dermstore.

I love this! This is a great sunscreen and doesn't cause irritation. I use this everyday under my makeup or alone, I never miss a day. At first I was unsure but then I read the instructions! (It is important to follow the instructions and let the product sit for approx 20 min before applying make up). I have tried others that irritate my eyes or are just too drying. I recommend this to everyone I work with.

Hydrating but not Heavy!
I went back and forth for a long time about which EltaMD sunscreen to get, and I'm glad I decided on this one. During the cold north east winter, my skin gets super dry. And the LRP sunscreen I had been using suddenly was causing dry patches. I switched to this and they're totally gone! The formula is thicker and extremely hydrating, without feeling heavy at all. It soaks into my skin beautifully, and it doesn't smell like sunscreen or have that greasy feel. The tint is a little orange on me when I first apply it, but after rubbing it in it blends really nicely. My only complaints - the bottle sucks. You have to tip it upside down and try to shake the product down to the bottom to get it to dispense from the pump. Yeah you can take the pump off, but I wish they would just move it to a squeeze bottle.
