Meet our newest Elements - an antioxidant-rich facial SPF made for skin, not just the sun. The technology in UV AOX Elements not only protects your skin outdoors, with 100% mineral actives to reflect and scatter UVA and UVB rays, but also protects your skin indoors by blocking 56% of HEV (blue light from screens), which is 39% more than our original UV Elements formula. This tinted sunscreen contains antioxidants that help to combat signs of photoaging, such as fine lines and wrinkles, and is proven to reduce detrimental effects of multi-environmental aggressors (i.e., UV, Ozone and PM) by 96%. UV AOX Elements features hyaluronic acid to increase hydration and moisture retention, and bisabolol & ginger root to help calm the skin and visibly reduce redness.

Really good, but a little clogging
I really like this product because it is tinted so it covers small blemishes and works kind of like a primer. Don't mind the smell as it is minimal. It is moisturizing, but I do notice that it is a little heavy for oily skin and can clog up my pores a little. Also the pump is a little annoying sometimes.

Great Product - not for cool undertones
This is an amazing product. If you have neutral or warmer undertones, then definitely give it a try. I have a light/medium complexion with cool undertones. Unfortunately, this tinted moisturizer was too warm toned for me. Please add another color option for cool skin tones.

Love this sunscreen!
I have tried a few Elta MD sunscreens and have settled on this one and the Clear tinted as my faves. The clear is more gel like. The UV Elements is a little more matte but still moisturizing. Which one I use depends on what foundation I will be using.

Amazing but too orange
So, I am an AVID EltaMD user. i am always looking for a great sunscreen. if you have very sensitive combination skin like me, youd want to read this review. so the formula for this is absolutely stunning. it sinks into my skin, it does not pill on top of my moisturizers etc. however, if you hate wearing makeup (i find that it over stimulates me and makeup feels like dirt. i wish i could wear makeup) i would not recommend this. it does feel a little bit cakey, of course it being a physical sunscreen. this stuff does not burn my eyes (almost every spf does for me) doesnt make my skin sting, and leaves me GLOWY. that being said, the orange tint is a little too much for me. im pretty light skinned, and i would say this sunscreen works more on olive toned people compared to pink toned like me. otherwise, its great even in a dey climate like colorado, the HA they use keeps me very hydrated throughout the day.

My favorite
I have tried many, many sunscreens for my face and this is my all time favorite!!! I am so glad I have it on refill so I always make sure to have some. This doubles as both my sunscreen and foundation in one. I have very very sensitive, acne prone skin with a bit of rosacea also and this has not caused any itching, stinging, or painful bumps. It did break me out a little at first but I think it's because my skin was just getting used to it. It also lasts a long time and in the heat as well. I definitely recommend this 100 percent and I am so grateful that I found this sunscreen as it has helped my skin so much! Thank you EltaMD!!!!

Very, very orange
I love Elta MD sunscreen. It offers excellent protection without any white cast, and as an added bonus moisturizes well, too. That being said, this tinted sunscreen was not for me. It is creamy and goes on well, but the color is so, so orange. It is impossible to blend, and by the end of the day, after having applied it a few times, it builds up around my hairline and is very darkly contrasted with the rest of my face. Additionally, the pump does not dispense well. It just doesn't work for me, although I do feel like it still provides excellent coverage and protection, I won't be purchasing again. I will add, though, that I am pretty fair skinned. Skinceuticals tinted sun fluid is much better for my skin tone.
