Meet our newest Elements - an antioxidant-rich facial SPF made for skin, not just the sun. The technology in UV AOX Elements not only protects your skin outdoors, with 100% mineral actives to reflect and scatter UVA and UVB rays, but also protects your skin indoors by blocking 56% of HEV (blue light from screens), which is 39% more than our original UV Elements formula. This tinted sunscreen contains antioxidants that help to combat signs of photoaging, such as fine lines and wrinkles, and is proven to reduce detrimental effects of multi-environmental aggressors (i.e., UV, Ozone and PM) by 96%. UV AOX Elements features hyaluronic acid to increase hydration and moisture retention, and bisabolol & ginger root to help calm the skin and visibly reduce redness.

A really nice sunscreen
I have incredibly sensitive skin and most sunscreens melt off of my face and run into my eyes stinging them to the point where I can barely see. Not this one. It doesn't spread super easily, but that's the trade off of it staying in place. The tint is nice too (my skin is very fair and the shade works on me).

Needs new packaging
I always use the tinted UV Clear 46 Elta sunscreen. I decided to try this with the different ingredients. I prefer the texture of the 46 over this, but this still provides enough tinted coverage. The broken pump is a downer. Now I have to open the lid and squeeze it out.

Best Texture for a Mineral Sunscreen
I originally purchased this product after reading several reviews online and receiving recommendations from friends, and it did not disappoint. This SPF has a great, smooth texture when compared to other mineral sunscreens on the market (not gritty or sandy). Even better, the subtle tint smooths the skin without leaving a white or purple cast. That being said, this product is likely not the best choice for people with either extremely fair or dark skin as the pigment used is not universal and may make lighter skin appear orange or darker skin appear to have a yellow tinge. Likewise, the packaging could be improved to facilitate using all of the SPF.

Always a repurchase! Never balls up under my makeup and the tint is a beautiful glow I can wear on my no makeup days. Lasts a long time for the price and you can cut open the tube to finish it (which you can't do on the plastic container).
