Meet our newest Elements - an antioxidant-rich facial SPF made for skin, not just the sun. The technology in UV AOX Elements not only protects your skin outdoors, with 100% mineral actives to reflect and scatter UVA and UVB rays, but also protects your skin indoors by blocking 56% of HEV (blue light from screens), which is 39% more than our original UV Elements formula. This tinted sunscreen contains antioxidants that help to combat signs of photoaging, such as fine lines and wrinkles, and is proven to reduce detrimental effects of multi-environmental aggressors (i.e., UV, Ozone and PM) by 96%. UV AOX Elements features hyaluronic acid to increase hydration and moisture retention, and bisabolol & ginger root to help calm the skin and visibly reduce redness.

My Daily SPF
So glad I found Elta MD's UV Elements Tinted SPF 44! I've been wearing it every day for over a year, even in winter, and it does a great job of evening out my skin tone while providing sun protection. For me, it doubles as a foundation, as I apply it over my facial moisturizer (letting the moisturizer "set" first). It has never caused clogged pores or breakouts. Definitely a skincare staple for me!!

My favorite EltaMD product to date
I have yet to find an EltaMD product I don’t like. This happens to be my favorite of their face sunscreens because I have dry skin and I find this one more moisturizing than others. It does leave a little shine; I wish it were more matte. But overall it’s less shiny than a lot of other sunscreens.

Not my favorite sunscreen
I struggle with a lot of sensitivity and a lot of sunscreens make me break out. This wasn’t even close to the worst I have tried but certainly wasn’t the best. I doubt I will empty the container and certainly won’t repurchase. It feels heavy on my skin, by the end of the day my skin feels dirt and clogged. I have noticed I get more blackheads and some small whiteheads if I use this more than one day in a row.
