Meet our newest Elements - an antioxidant-rich facial SPF made for skin, not just the sun. The technology in UV AOX Elements not only protects your skin outdoors, with 100% mineral actives to reflect and scatter UVA and UVB rays, but also protects your skin indoors by blocking 56% of HEV (blue light from screens), which is 39% more than our original UV Elements formula. This tinted sunscreen contains antioxidants that help to combat signs of photoaging, such as fine lines and wrinkles, and is proven to reduce detrimental effects of multi-environmental aggressors (i.e., UV, Ozone and PM) by 96%. UV AOX Elements features hyaluronic acid to increase hydration and moisture retention, and bisabolol & ginger root to help calm the skin and visibly reduce redness.

This is perfect for a little bit of color and protecting your skin at the same time and is also waterproof and the best part is it doesn't make my skin break out. Nice physical sunscreen
I was looking for a physical sunscreen to use on the face. This is not the kind that is so thick, it is hard to put on. It goes on smoothly and the tint works for my skin tone. I am glad that I gave this one a try, I like it!

Great foundation alternative !
I love using this tinted spf on over moisturizer and finishing with powder foundation. I don't have horrible skin, but it definitely evens out my complexion all day long. I use a Clarisonic to take it off and it stains the brush so it's not the easiest product to remove . I wish they would change the packing because sometimes the pump doesn't work and I have to squeeze the bottle to get the product out .

Orange tint compared to other EltaMD sunscreens
I have been using EltaMD sunscreen for a few years and generally love it, but not this particular one. UV Elements was recommended by an aesthetician who thought it would be better than the EltaMD UV Broad Spectrum SPF 41 tinted for my dry skin. While it does feel more hydrating, the tint is too orange for my fair complexion. In the future I will stick with the EltaMD UV Broad Spectrum SPF 41 tinted, which is a little more beige and seems to even out my skin. I'll just mix it with a moisturizer for a bit more hydration.
