After a few weeks of daily use I can confidently recommend it - my very pale skin has not burned at all and has remained matte for longer. It feels and smells more like a moisturizer than a sunscreen which I definitely prefer. I use it under a NARS tinted moisturizer and set with a little powder. It sits well and does not pill.
