First of this SPF is packaged well with a neat pump that lets you get the perfect amount, mess free. The texture of the product and how it goes on my face is excellent, I can apply makeup afterwards without a problem. My only concern is that it gave me a slight white overcast that made my face look paler that is actually was. Otherwise, great product that does the job well!

This is by far my favorite sunscreen and even looks great under makeup. Other sunscreens I have tried are La Roche Posay, Missha, and SuperGoop's Play. EltaMD is the clear winner out of all of these with a large lead.

Good sunscreen, a little greasy

Was recommended this sunscreen by my dermatologist to help protect my melasma from getting worse. It's a good sunscreen, but I did feel that it left my face a little greasy feeling. The protection is great though, and it doesn't leave any white cast which is always nice. I also prefer all mineral sunscreen, so I've since switched to another in Elta's line.

Expensive but great sunscreen

EltaMD UV Clear has become the combination (Zn/chemical filters) sunscreen with which most folks compare similar sunscreens. It goes on smooth and clear and has wonderful ingredients for most skin types. I and my kids have used and really enjoy it, and we have a variety of skin types from oily/acne prone to fairly dry. I prefer tinted, all-mineral sunscreens for my face, but my kids use on their face with no burning or irritation at all. I love this for my neck, chest and body, but the reason I gave it four stars and don't use regularly is because of the cost per ounce. If EltaMD would sell this sunscreen in a 7 oz container with a bit of a bulk discount, it would be close to perfect.
