Oh my goodness... the hype is real. You know how many physical sunscreens are heavy and feel like they sit on top of your skin? Not this one! Even after doing my entire skincare routine, this soaks in wonderfully. I can barely tell it's there. Minimal to no scent. Wearing this on a daily basis has helped tremendously with my hyperpigmentation. I have acne prone skin and have had no issues with breakouts. If you're on the fence about buying- just do it. Checks all the boxes: mineral-based, no white cast, non-irritating, doesn't cause breakouts. My only gripe is this extra-heavy, plastic packaging (there has to be a way to make it more eco-friendly) but the product itself is gold.

Will Stick to Daily
I love Elta MD products and finally decided to try this one...big mistake. Though it's advertised for sensitive, acne-prone skin, it definitely caused multiple cystic breakouts along my cheekbones within days of trying it. I also found the scent to be a little obnoxious and the consistency was a bit oily. I've happily gone back to the Daily formula and will not attempt to use this particular product again.

My son uses bc he has acne. It doesn't make it worse. He has oily skin and it doesn't make his skin feel greasy or white Cast. I use it too. All in all an excellent product.

Overhyped, but solid
Everyone knows this product and on my search for a great basic sunscreen I bought this "holy grail" featured in every dermatologist recommendations. It did not leave much of a white cast on my medium tone skin, but it did leave quite a bit of an oily residue on my already oily skin. It is light but I still prefer some of the more mattefiying sunscreens available.
