Gave Me A Rash
Unfortunately this sunscreen gave me a terrible rash on my face. After the first two applications, I had a huge red rash. I discontinued the product, waited a week and reapplied. The same thing happened after one application. It says it is "Ideal for Sensitive Skin." Sadly tis product gets rave reviews, but it really did not work for me. I'm so disappointed. The packaging is fine, as are the scent and texture.

Incredible Feel & Coverage
With just a hint of that sunscreen texture and smell, I am incredibly impressed with the quality of EltaMD 'Clear' SPF. A single pump is generous, so maybe just shy of a full pump is all you will need to cover your face, ears, and neck. I have sensitive skin plus a lifetime of acne woes, now plagued by autoimmune issues, so when I say that I burn red with just 5 minutes of direct sun exposure, I'm not exaggerating. I have to be mindful about sunscreen 24/7 and to finally find one that doesn't leave an excess white outline on my already fair skin is plus, but the real win is the coverage, silky texture, and fragrance free application. I could very well be a EltaMD fan for life.

So Happy I Switched!

I wish this sunscreen worked for me but unfortunately my skin just doesn't like chemical sunscreens. I've never found one I could tolerate. But everyone else I know loves this sunscreen, both the clear version and the tinted version.

Great for acne prone skin
I have very acne prone, oily/combination skin. That being said, I don't feel like this sunscreen clogged my pores or caused any breakouts. You can definitely feel that something is on your skin, but it's not too heavy feeling so that's fine with me. If you use a lot of the product it leaves a little bit of a white tint, but not in a very sunscreen-y type of way. It just makes you look a little paler if you use too much, if that makes sesne. Overall I like it!
