Lives up to the hype
I have seen this sunscreen all over the place and wondered if it would live up to the hype. The answer is yes. It is lightweight and great to wear under makeup, but it does not leave skin too dry, and it has a higher SPF than some of the other sunscreens that I have used in the past. I look forward to trying the mineral sunscreen next.

Absolutely Amazing!
I have sensitive skin. I also needed a really good sunscreen. This Elta MD UV Clear (non-tinted) product is simply amazing! I have been using it for about 7 weeks and 1) my skin is smoother (the product contains lactic acid); 2) my fine lines are "finer," and my skin is moisturized (lactic acid and sodium hyaluronate); 3) this product just melts into my skin with no greasy residue or white patches and 4) you don't need to "rough up your skin" to rub it in...a gentle circular motion and it disappears! I cannot recommend it enough! I use between 1.5 and 2 pumps in the am and I still am using it 7 weeks later. That comes out (roughly) to about $.71 cents per day which in my book is a great deal to get. Another great benefit? This product contains both MINERAL and chemical sunscreens!

EltaMD is my go-to product to protect my skin from the sun! I have a family history of melanoma, so wearing SPF daily is crucial. Whereas other sunscreens are super oily/make my face shiny, and cause me to breakout, EltaMD is lightweight, does not cause me to breakout at all, and never makes me look shiny. It smells good, too! I swear by this sunscreen and consider it my second AM moisturizer. Worth every penny!

Best daily SPF
I've tried a lot of sunscreens that promise not to cause breakouts. Most of them do anyway. This one hasn't, AND it's so hydrating that it's successfully taken the place of my previous daily moisturizer. It does make me a bit shiny upon application, but that settles down pretty quickly. Love that is has no scent and leaves no cast. Best facial sunscreen I've ever used in my life. Would buy a literal tub of this.

Caused Breakouts
Like most acne-prone people out there, I have tried every single "non-comedogenic" sunscreen out on the market to protect my highly reactive and super sensitive skin. I wanted this sunscreen to work so badly, but it failed, like the rest. It felt amazing upon application and sunk into my skin like a dream. I wore it alone without any other lotion or makeup for 3 days to truly test it out, but with each passing day my skin developed more and more flat bumps and white heads all over my face, even in places where I never breakout like under my eyes. Back to the search for the perfect acne-prone sunscreen. In the meantime, the only thing I can use is Colorscience brush on powder sunscreen, which I know isn't enough on it's own, but it's the only product that I don't have a reaction too :( Any suggestions out there would be nice!

Best Sunscreen for Sensitive Skin
I have extremely sensitive skin and this sunscreen never irritates or breaks my skin out. It does not leave a white residue even though it contains zinc oxide which acts as a physical barrier to UV rays. I have fair skin and it helps even out my skin tone after application. Highly recommend, I've yet to find a facial sunscreen as good as this one.
