Best face sunscreen I've used!
I have very reactive rosacea and have tried many facial sunscreens since my diagnosis. All others feel heavy or greasy, or leave a visible white film. I had been doing research for awhile on the best daily sunscreen for extremely sensitive, dry and acne-prone skin. I've been using for over a week, and I can say this definitely lives up to the hype. Very soothing, immediately dissolves with very minimal white flakiness. I have Keratosis Pilaris on my checks and this takes away the redness and the bumps almost seem to disappear. Coming from someone who is extremely obsessive about skincare, especially sunscreen, I have yet to find anything glaringly negative. It is a little on the pricey side for the amount you get, but if you're going to spend a bit more on something, let it be sun protection.

Great protection but not good under make up
I heard so many great things about this - I got this in clear in order to be my make up base. However, I found it leaving like dirt on my face. I tried wiping it off and reapplied it - never worked. I really wanted to like it, so I ended up wearing it alone without my make up. I like the fact that it's fragrance-free. I took two stars off because I wear make up daily and I cant wear this together.. which pretty important for me. I will get a tinted based sunscreen from this brand and see if I'm gonna like that better.

Doesn't break me out!
I'd heard of EltaMD for quite a while but I didn't bite the bullet because sunscreens always break me out and I just hate the way they look under make up. Recently I started using a retinoid and we all know sunscreen is a MUST. My dermatologist recommended EltaMD because it's non comedogenic, oil free and great for acne prone skin like mine. I've been using it for two months and it's actually super great! It does not break me out at all and gives an even beautiful glow which I really love. The reason I'm giving it 4 stars is because it does pill for me no matter how long I wait before applying other products. Another downside is that it leaves a white case initially but that tends to blend in with makeup on top. I just purchased the tinted version - hoping it will work better, otherwise I'm sticking with the EltaMD clear even with the downsides of pilling and slight white cast -not taking any chances with other brands. The fact that it doesn't break me out is the most important to me!
