This sunscreen is pretty great - sinks in quickly, doesn't leave a white cast, and doesn't smell overwhelmingly like sunscreen. It also definitely works well - prevented me from getting sunburned even in Hawaii.

I have acne-prone skin that is also combination dry. I love this stuff because I need sunscreen and I can use this one without breaking out and it's also hydrating. It is a little expensive but it's cheap for what it does.I do not wear makeup and when I do I don't wear foundation so I can't speak to how it holds up that way.

Seems awesome but unfortunately not for me
Feel of sunscreen is lovely and application went on smoothly. No strong sunscreen smell either which is very nice. Unfortunately I had an allergic reaction and my face felt sunburnt after the first use, however I think I am in the minority. Based on other reviews I would recommend but test with small patch for any sensitivities.

Love Elta MD, just not this one
I used to like this sunscreen, but have since switched to the daily UV 40 one. I tried to go back to this one (had samples) and my skin felt sooo dry!!! I would say this is good for anyone except those with dry skin.

Flaky Skin
My skin is on the drier side, but I moisturize well on the daily. For some reason, this sunscreen makes my skin extremely flaky. The only way to combat that is if I apply moisturizer right before the sunscreen. This would probably work well for someone with oily skin, but doesn't work for me at all. I gave it 2 stars because it does absorb into the skin very well and is extremely lightweight. But for me, it absorbs too well and leaves my skin flaky and gross.

Cannot live without it
I have been using it for 2 months now and it is an awesome product. I have acne prone light Asian skin tone and I have psoriasis all over my body including inside of my eyes and therefore I have always been afraid of using just any sunscreen because if any bits of product goes near my eyes, I would have to go to the hospital because you can't really scratch inside of your eyes!but with this product, I can put it near my eyes and in fact, I put it on my eyelids and NO PSORIASIS !!! no itching, irritation! no runny eyes and it minimizes my acne to 0 in a week and if I am stressed (I am a graduate student, so stress is a normal thing for me), I get it maybe one or two during my exam week. I absolutely love it. I will be using it for a long time for sure.
