I love this sunscreen. I have been using it for over 2 years. My dermatologist recommended Elta MD SPF 46 to wear every day to avoid sun damage on my face. It goes on smooth and isn't thick or greasy. I wear it every day.

It pills on my skin!
I like the concept of this sunscreen, but it just does not perform to the level it should (at this cost). At first, it seems lovely on the skin, however after a few hours it starts to just crumble off of my jaw and chin area. And reapplying this sunscreen will cause it to pill and crumble off as well! I have other sunscreens with the same type of UV filters that are at lower cost that I would rather wear. I have tried numerous ways of applying this; patting it in rather than rubbing it in, using no other products with it... it just pills so bad! It is probably just my bad luck that it would not sit on my skin well and I do see so many people loving it. The only plus I can see is that I haven't broken out (which is a miracle) and the added bonus of niacinamide (which my skin loves).

Every face sunscreen breaks me out! Not this.
This is the best sunscreen I've ever tried!! I've tried every face sun screen under the SUN and this is the only one for me. Lightweight, doesn't smell bad and doesn't break my extremely sensitive and acne-prone skin out. I've never had a holy grail product but this is it for me.

Horrific breakouts
I wanted to love this product. The texture and the spreadability are great. The ingredients seemed great. However, this product gave me the absolute WORST breakouts of my life. I tried this product on separate occasions weeks apart, and I developed huge, cystic whiteheads within hours of applying each time. The breakouts lasted weeks. I believe its the Octinoxate, and if you are sensitive to this product be careful! If you are not, this should be a great pick for you! I'm really sad for myself.
