Not ideal for sensitive skin
Though this formula is superb overall-exceptional texture and very high percentage of niacinamide-the inclusion of a high amount of octinoxate makes this sunscreen problematic for sensitive skin. Ocitnoxate is one of the most common irritants among chemical sunscreens, and as the type of octinoxate contained in this formula is not encapsulated, it runs a high risk (relatively speaking) of causing a reaction. Not quite sure why this is such a star formula given this fact, along with the lack of any true range of antioxidants...

This was recommended by my esthetician due to my skin experiencing more than normal break outs. It soaks into the skin nicely without leaving any oily feeling. I use it every day on my face and neck. It's also a good sunscreen for make up wearers, it does not pile. This is unscented but it does have a slight medicinal scent, which I don't mind at all. I have normal to combination skin.

Bought this for my husband who is a ship captain and constantly in the sun and on the water. He has had trouble with zinc sunscreens as they don't rub in well over his facial hair. I do like that the formula of this is pretty light and once rubbed in well it does not leave a white cast but I've been getting redness here and there so I'm not sure if it's this product since it's the only new thing I've added.. not sure how it does with flash photography either. Makeup goes well over it just needs to let it set in a bit first before applying

This sunscreen soaks in quickly and isn't greasy. My skin is very sensitive and this has yet to break me out. White cast is minimal but I am very fair, not sure how this would work on deeper skin tones. Overall a solid choice for a high spf!
