EltaMD's UV Clear Broad-Spectrum SPF 46 - Tinted calms and protects sensitive skin types prone to discoloration and breakouts from the sun's harmful rays. The universally flattering tint blends to match your skin tone and mask discoloration and breakouts to give you a smooth, flawless-looking complexion. Healing niacinamide alleviates inflammation to calm your acne flare-ups and helps decrease signs of hyperpigmentation.

Not My Favorite
I have combination skin; medium tone. I wanted to love this sunscreen because of the additional skincare benefits, however it was too greasy for my liking. I let the sunscreen sit on my skin for about 10 minutes prior to applying makeup, etc, however never fully absorbed. Also found that this caused my makeup to pill unfortunately. My tarte BB primer has silicone, and this sunscreen along with the primer, did not mix well. Additionally, utilize Smashbox Face primer which is water based, and also did not work well together. I have used the Revision brand sunscreen the past few years, and that is more matte which works well for Combination skin. I even tried to utilize this sunscreen alone as moisturizer, and still left my combination skin too oily.

One of My favorates in this line
I have the 44 tinted and non tinted sunscreen from Elta MD and I also bought the 46 tinted in untinted from Elta MD. The tinted in the bottle is also non-waterproof, Un like the one in the tube. the non-waterproof are the Best to wear under make up or if you are like me and you were no make up at all I use this in the summertime just to get a hint of color. It does not clog my pores or make my face oily, it has a slight vanilla yogurt smell to it it smells so fresh and clean and it feels fresh and clean and I will never switch back to any other brand of facial product. I literally use every product that Elta MD has. I have the worst acne prone skin. I was brought to so many dermatologist as a kid and I had to go on Accutane. My skin reacts to everything badly so when I Decided to switch products I was really nervous but I am so happy to have Elta MD and it doesn't burn a hole through my wallet. It would be great to see a vitamin C and a reservetrol serum but either way I would not switch products.

I've been using this sunscreen for about a month now. I have fairly sensitive skin and it doesn't break me out or negatively affect my skin in any way. I have never used the regular version so I'm not sure if tinted is any different, but looks great after applied and goes on smoothly. Makeup goes on great after as well.

Best Sunscreen EVER
I can't even count how many sunscreens I've been through looking for the perfect one that could be worn alone over my skincare and underneath make up. Slightly tinted but seems to work with a wide range of skin tones. Not matte and not shiny. After about 15 minutes it always seems to dry down to give the perfect amount of glow from within look that doesn't appear oily. And of course, great sun protection :) truly a SPF that can be worn everyday as it should be.

This sunscreen is awesome. It glides on smoothly, doesn't pill, makeup goes on well layered on top. It had good protection and prevents sun burns even in Texan summer weather. The only issue I have is that the tint is a bit too dark for my skin tone, but the non tinted version gives me an obvious white cast too. I wish that Elta MD products had more of a color spectrum to suit more skin complexions. Whenever I wear this sunscreen my Mom says that I have over tanned. Otherwise, I love this product! It may be a good option for people who want to have a tan look or who want very minimal makeup like coverage.
