EltaMD's UV Clear Broad-Spectrum SPF 46 - Tinted calms and protects sensitive skin types prone to discoloration and breakouts from the sun's harmful rays. The universally flattering tint blends to match your skin tone and mask discoloration and breakouts to give you a smooth, flawless-looking complexion. Healing niacinamide alleviates inflammation to calm your acne flare-ups and helps decrease signs of hyperpigmentation.

Just as good as the non tinted
After I fell in love with the non tinted version I wanted to give this one a go. Same great application no rubbing, just like a light lotion. I think the color is universal for my medium skin. I wear it alone with a little bronzer or with a mineral powder sunscreen from color science .

Best sunscreen ever
I typically used the non-tinted elta md sunscreen, but I like a little tint in the summer so I don't have to wear foundation. This sunscreen is so light, hydrating, non-greasy, and doesn't leave a white cast. It also absorbs into the skin nice unlike other sunscreens, which make your makeup hard to blend. This is the best.

This sunscreen is great! The texture is the best out of all the sunscreens I have tried. I understand why people always speak of this product! I am veryyyy pale though, and it tends to make my face a bit more tan than it would usually be. I think I will stick with the non-tinted version. But still great!

Causes Dry Skin
I wrote a review a few weeks back raving about this product, but I should have waited longer. After consistently using this SPF for a few weeks I'm experiencing extremely dry and flaky skin. I have normal to combination skin (oily in the summer/dry in the winter). I also want to clarify that I have an extensive nightly/morning skin care routine and my skin is very hydrated and moisturized prior to applying this product. I haven't experienced flaky skin since I was a pre-teen. With all that being said, I still really love how this product applies and how it initially makes my skin look. It's really unfortunate that I start to look like a reptile halfway through the day lol. I'm going to try to finish the bottle unless it becomes unbearable. I'm hoping that my skin adjusts or the summer humidity in the upcoming months helps.

Great Tinted Sunscreen
If you are acne prone and looking for a tinted SPF, this is it. Has all the same ingredients and benefits (brightening, anti-acne) as the oh-so popular UV Clear non-tinted one with some light/sheer coverage. One thing to note though: be careful how many products you layer underneath this (serums, moisturizers, etc.) or you'll notice that the finish may be a little off or patchy. It can even pill if you apply too many other products before this, so keep that in mind.
