EltaMD's UV Clear Broad-Spectrum SPF 46 - Tinted calms and protects sensitive skin types prone to discoloration and breakouts from the sun's harmful rays. The universally flattering tint blends to match your skin tone and mask discoloration and breakouts to give you a smooth, flawless-looking complexion. Healing niacinamide alleviates inflammation to calm your acne flare-ups and helps decrease signs of hyperpigmentation.

I can't believe I hated it
There is just something about this ingredient list that my skin DOES NOT agree with. I didn't even get to test out the tint properly because it immediately turned my skin red, blotchy, and stung. The texture is good for a physical sunscreen, I suppose. It's also $40 for less than 2 oz of product, which just hurts! Pretty disappointed that the holy grail of sunscreen is A RESOUNDING NO for me.

Good, but untinted is better
This is a great, high quality sunscreen. The consistency is really nice and it definitely evens out my skin tone. However, I think the number of active ingredients in it (lactic acid, niacinamide, etc) make this one a pass for me *personally* in the future. It tends to sting a bit when I put it on after my prescription topicals in the morning.

Wanted to Love, but Caused Breakout
I wanted to love this product - it went on weightlessly and felt great on my skin. I don't typically have adverse reactions to skincare, but unfortunately within 24 hours, my usual clear skin had severe breakouts including white heads and dry spots along my cheek/mouth area and nose. I'm sure this is a great product for many, just not for me!

Caused breakouts, but I love elta md!
I love the EltaMD Broad Spectrum SPF 46 (non tinted) so I figured I would give the tinted a try. I have very sensitive, acne-prone skin and it caused me to break out. I'm sad because I would love the benefits of the tint but I'll go back to the non tinted version. Worth the try! And still recommend it to others.
