Best daily sunscreen I've found
I think my long search for a good daily sunscreen with high zinc oxide may finally be over. I love the Elta MD sunscreens and this may be my favorite (and I have tried many). 9% zinc oxide- this is the best sunscreen ingredient, especially for people prone to melasma skin pigmentation) like me. I've read that I should shoot for 10% zinc oxide and this is the closest I have found in a daily wear product. It also feels nice going on- makes my skin feel soft and absorbs well. I wish I had worn this in my 20's! I bet I would have fewer sunspots!

This has replaced all the other bases I've tried under makeup. It's not heavy at all and provides a great deal of sun protection and goes on very smoothly. The zinc oxide in it is absorbed very quickly, making it very easy to apply makeup over it. This was recommended by my dermatologist. I highly recommend it.
