I have oily, sensitive, acne-prone skin AND I live at altitude. So besides needing a sunblock to keep the wrinkles at bay, I need one to keep me from sunburning as I go about my day. Strong SPF that soaks in
Elta 40 is a lightweight moisturizing sunscreen. I like that it is SPF 40, yet soaks into your skin and doesn't leave a white film like most high SPF sunscreens. It is very comfortable on the skin, even in very hot weather. I have very sensitive skin with rosacea and I don't get irritated by this product. I even jog with it on.

I love Elta sunscreens. They're the best physical blockers I've ever used. They feel light and sheer on your skin, yet have a very high level of active ingredients. I was excited about this product because my skin is very dry. Unfortunately, it just didn't provide any lasting moisture, especially in winter months. I had to layer it over moisturizer, which worked fine, but was too much effort.
