EltaMD UV Daily Tinted Broad-Spectrum SPF 40 protects against damaging UVA and UVB rays to help combat the visible signs of aging. The lightly tinted formula evens tone, creating a smooth, flawless-looking complexion. It infuses your skin with lightweight moisture for a healthy look and comfortable wear.
Apply liberally to your face, neck, and backs of hands 15 minutes before sun exposure. Use a water-resistant sunscreen if swimming or sweating. Reapply sunscreen every 2 hours.

Very Nice SPF
I've been using this for about a week now. It's wintertime and so with the heating on, my skin gets extra dry and flaky. This year I've been using an essence in addition to prevent the flakiness I usually get in the wintertime. So I use an essence, vit C, moisturizer, EltaMD, and a light foundation. I'm very impressed. My skin is not dry, flaky, or greasy. For me the tinted EltaMD isn't enough coverage during the day so I still use foundation, but I really like this and will buy again. Esp if I can get it on sale.

Love the idea
Love the idea of this product BUT it did Not meet my expectation. I read on line that this product left a moist, slightly greasy film on your face. It made my face very dry feeling. My face felt like a dried out sponge after using! I did like the lightly tinted look of it though.

Holy grail sunscreen

This product is moisturizing but not greasy. I wear it under foundation every single day. You can where it alone and it makes your skin look so healthy. Not a lot of coverage. I think that's a good thing because I feel as we age, thick, matte makeup isn't flattering. Same goes for bb creams and tinted sunscreen. Highly recommend.

LOVE this product
I have been using Elta MD for over a year now and I still love it every time I put it on my face. It is thick enough, but also sheer enough to cover nicely but not be cakey. At 52 I like coverage, but I also like to be a little dewy. Almost no scent, the tint is a good color, although I do add a little bronzing gel to it in the summer to look a little more tan.

Thought this would be better
I remember being so excited to try this when I ordered it, and though the Elta line has majorly good reviews and is considered medical grade skincare, I feel like this formulation is a miss. Usually I enjoy the zinc oxide/octinoxate sunscreen combo since it performs well by combining both physical and chemical coverage, this turned out to be less impressive. My main issues with this spf had to do with the oil slick texture it leaves behind on the face, which ended up breaking me out, and the fact that some of these face moisturizers are seemingly fragrance-free but have a perfumey scent to them. Definitely irritated me. Used the rest up on my body and will not repurchase but I will say other EltaMD formulations were better than this specific one.
