Powered by an acne-fighting dream team of salicylic acid and niacinamide, it targets clogged pores, excess oil, dirt and debris, clearing and cleansing with gentle exfoliation, minimizing the appearance of pores and fine lines. Restoring skin's balance and strengthening the moisture barrier, skin feels cleaner, clearer, and radiantly refreshed.

Ingredients:

• Salicylic Acid: A balancing beta hydroxy acid (BHA) that exfoliates, clears pores, and promotes new cell growth, effectively clarifying the complexion and helping prevent and treat breakouts for all skin types
• Niacinamide: A multitasking powerhouse that repairs and strengthens the skin’s moisture barrier, clarifies and balances pores, controls oil production, and smooths the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, leaving skin radiant, calm, and refined

Step 1: Pump a small amount of cleanser into clean hands, then gently massage across moistened face, avoiding the eye area, using light circular motions for around 60 seconds.

Step 2: Rinse thoroughly using warm water. Can be used AM and/or PM.

Step 3: Follow with your favorite toner, serum, and moisturizer.

What is the difference between this product and Beta-Clarity Clear Skin Cleanser?

While both of these products are made for customers with oily skin, the biggest difference is the amount of Salicylic Acid in each product. Purifying Gel Cleanser contains less than 1%, while Clear Skin Cleanser has 2%. Also, Beta-Clarity Clear Skin Cleanser is a cream consistency that provides mechanical exfoliation with eco-friendly scrubbing beads while Purifying Gel Cleanser is a gel consistency.

Is this product safe during pregnancy?

Yes, Purifying Gel Cleanser should be fine to use while pregnant. However, with any new product you introduce to your regimen while pregnant, we recommend you consult your doctor first.

What percentage of Salicylic Acid is in this gel cleanser?

There is less than 1% of Salicylic Acid in this product. If you are looking for a higher percentage of Salicylic Acid in your cleanser and you have acne or breakout-prone skin, we recommend Beta-Clarity Clear Skin Cleanser .

What is the difference between cleanser and gel cleanser?

There are many different types of cleansers, including gel cleansers, cream cleansers, foam cleansers, powder cleansers, and oil cleansers. Gel cleansers are water based and have a light texture. Those with oily or acne-prone skin tend to prefer gel cleansers as they typically are formulated without oils. Purifying Gel Cleanser is perfect for balancing and clarifying skin without stripping it of natural oils, gently purifying and hydrating skin.

I have sensitive skin, should I use this gel cleanser?

We do not recommend Purifying Gel Cleanser for those with sensitive skin. Instead, we recommend our Gentle Cream Cleanser for those with highly sensitive skin.
