A: We always suggest starting on level 1 and gradually increasing based on today's comfort level- even if you've been using the Body Sculptor for a while. Why? Because our bodies are different everyday! Hydration levels of our skin, how mineralized we are, where we are in our monthly cycle, or even how well we slept the night before can play a role in how we feel the micro current from day to day. For best practice, always start on level 1, and you can take it from there.

Q: How often should I use this?

A: We suggest 3-5 times a week for 10 minutes, but you can absolutely use your Body Sculptor daily or even pre- and post-workout sessions. Always listen to your body.

Q : How do I clean it?

Step 1: Power Off - Ensure the device is turned off before cleaning.

Step 2: Wipe the Surface - Use a soft, damp cloth to gently wipe the surface of the device. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials that could damage the device. Our High-Maintenance cleaner is an excellent option!

Step 3: Clean the Conductive Surface - For the planer's conductive surface, you can wipe it with a clean cloth or a cotton pad lightly moistened with water. Make sure no gel or residue remains.
