Active serum
I've only used this serum a handful of times so far - it smells good and feels good on my skin. Hasn't made me breakout yet and I do have pretty sensitive skin, so that's a win for me! I don't put it in on my hands first as I feel I was losing a lot of product doing it that way. Once I start using it daily I'll update my review for any changes in my skin!

Hard to tell
I've used it for a couple weeks now and I think its average and cannot say it warrants the high price. I'm monitoring the effectiveness and will update later. There is a distinctive tingle when you apply but it subsides after a couple minutes. I have consistent acne and it may help them lessen its severity but too soon to tell. Therefore, i cannot recommend or say it is a good purchase right now.

Loving it so Far!
I've only had this product for a couple of weeks, but I am amazed by the results I've had at this point. When you first put it on there is a slight tingle, however, that quickly goes away. If I have some breakouts and I apply this at night then the pimples will be smaller by morning. Can't wait to try iS Clinical's other products.

Didn't work for me
I have mild acne and it didn't really do anything for me; but I did have an ingrown pimple and after using the serum it did make it smaller overnight so if you are prone to those then I recommend this product.
