White willow bark exfoliates and breaks up pore-clogging oil to boost cell turnover and tighten the appearance of your pores. Antioxidants derived from chamomile and centella asiatica heal skin damage and prevent free radicals from wreaking havoc on your complexion. This resurfacing gel wash lathers to remove makeup and assist in shaving.
Moisten Face and neck with water. Apply a small amount of Cleansing Complex to moistened hands. Rub hands together and massage cleanser over face and neck. Rinse thoroughly and pat dry. For best results, follow complete iS Clinical skin care regimen.

Not Effective at Removing Makeup!
If you use this cleanser after removing makeup first then you might like it. I prefer a one-step cleanser that removes makeup. After using this cleanser to wash my face thoroughly, I used a toner to see if any makeup was still left and there was a ton of makeup left. I wore a light tinted moisturizer and a light layer of mineral powder. Nothing too heavy.

Works really well--been using it for one year

very good cleanser for combination skin. This doesn't make your skin feel tight or dry and does its job effectively. This cleanser does not foam but does have a slight sudsy effect.

Gentle yet effective
This product is on of the most gentle cleansers if ever used, doesn't dry my skin out, or cause any redness, and still cleanse very well. Its not a good make up remover though, I had to remove my make up with a make up remover before using it.
