White willow bark exfoliates and breaks up pore-clogging oil to boost cell turnover and tighten the appearance of your pores. Antioxidants derived from chamomile and centella asiatica heal skin damage and prevent free radicals from wreaking havoc on your complexion. This resurfacing gel wash lathers to remove makeup and assist in shaving.
Moisten Face and neck with water. Apply a small amount of Cleansing Complex to moistened hands. Rub hands together and massage cleanser over face and neck. Rinse thoroughly and pat dry. For best results, follow complete iS Clinical skin care regimen.

Not bad, not mind-blowing
I had higher hopes for this considering the prestige of the brand. Sadly, it's pretty forgettable. Didn't make my skin worse, but didn't do anything miraculous to improve it either and still left some makeup residue despite a double cleanse. For such a high price tag without much deliverance, I won't be reordering.

I love this cleanser! First of all, you only need a tiny amount of the gel like formula to lather away all your makeup and grime from the day so this bottle will last forever! The answer to my problems
I have very sensitive skin, as well as old acne scarring, along with the common problem of having combination skin. Generally, if I wash my face daily (even with Cetaphil) I have dry, flaky areas and oily areas with blackheads. I have been battling this for 20 years. This is the only face wash I have used that doesn't leave my face feeling dry and tight right after. My pores are shrinking just a couple weeks in, and my face is glowing. The flakiness is almost completely gone. I will admit this is the first time I have ever spent this much on a face wash, but it is so worth it. Plus, I have found, a very little goes a long way. I will be a customer for life!

Where has this product been all my life? I had been eyeing the cleanser for months after reading great reviews (both on Dermstore.com and various beauty blogs) and decided to finally pull the trigger. I'm so glad I did. I agree that a little goes a long way due to its gel-like consistency, so I fully expect to not have to buy another bottle for 6+ months. The cleanser lathers beautifully and smells like soap which is fine. The first few times I used it I squeezed out a little too much and decided to use the excess on my armpits. Hey- it says it helps break up pore-clogging oil and assists with shaving!

Good cleanser
This is a good solid cleanser that leaves my face feeling clean. While I wouldn't say it left my face stripped of oils, it's definitely not something I'll be using as my only twice a day cleanser. If I did that I think it would be leaving me stripped and dry. As a couple of times a week alternative to a more hydrating cleanser I think it will be ideal. Doesn't really foam up. A little goes a long way so a bottle should last quite a while. It definitely did a great job of cleansing well. I could tell to the touch that my skin was completely clean. Hopefully my face tolerates this well over time. Update: on my second bottle of this and it has indeed become a staple in my routine. I cant find any faults to it and would have a hard time not having a bottle on hand.
