iS Clinical Cleansing Complex retextures your skin to give you a smooth, blemish-free complexion. White willow bark exfoliates and breaks up pore-clogging oil to boost cell turnover and tighten the appearance of your pores. Antioxidants derived from chamomile and centella asiatica heal skin damage and prevent free radicals from wreaking havoc on your complexion. This resurfacing gel wash lathers to remove makeup and assist in shaving.
Moisten Face and neck with water. Apply a small amount of Cleansing Complex to moistened hands. Rub hands together and massage cleanser over face and neck. Rinse thoroughly and pat dry. For best results, follow complete iS Clinical skin care regimen.

something weird happened with this cleanser
I liked this cleanser quite a bit when I started using it. It was a solid non-stripping non foaming face wash. However, something weird happened to the viscosity of the gel after about three months of daily use. The liquid separated and became a thin liquid on one and basically a solid. It is possible that I had a bad batch or something, but given the price point of this product I have a feeling that was not supposed to happen. I stopped using it after the product separated.

light to medium cleanser that doesn't strip your face of its natural oils, feels very refreshing afterward. I pair this with DHC oil for my nightly cleansing routine (DHC 1st, iS Clinical 2nd). Would definitely recommend this to people who are tired of using harsh cleansers (been there, done that and it hurts). I can also tell this face wash doesn't dry out my face because my forehead isn't super shiny after I use it, which typically happened with face wash that had acidic ingredients. I've repurchased the full-size product many times.

Great for sensitive and combination skin!
I have combination skin and it helps leave my skin feeling smooth afterwards. I'm not sure how much it's helping with hyper pigmentation at this point. It used to work right in the beginning but seems to not have much effect for post-inflammatory hyper pigmentation marks at this point. A little bit does go a long way - I still have some left from the initial bottle i bought over a year ago!

Lovely cleanser for AM and/or 2nd PM cleanse
This is a very gentle, lathering cleanser. A little bit goes a long way, it is highly concentrated and a bottle will last you a long time if you use it accurately, which helps justify the price. However, it does NOT remove sunscreen or makeup by itself and you will end up wasting a lot of the product as it will require multiple cleanses to get everything removed. Definitely not a heavy duty product that removes makeup, sunscreen and cleanses in one step. I prefer to use this in the morning as it lightly exfoliates and preps skin for my AM serums and sunscreen.
