Great Brand + Green Beauty
You can't go wrong with anything from Jane Iredale if you like powder makeup! Check out the brand story and philosophy on their website. This refillable compact is not only good for the environment, but feels substantial. It has some weight to it and very sturdy. Not fragile and will last a long time. I clean mine between refilling the powder foundation (which also has SPF! try Golden Glow!). Beautiful in my makeup collection.

Ok compact for the price
Love my JI powder base and finally ordered the compact. I was just using it in the plastic container in came in but thought it would be nice to have one for the purse. The compact is ok, but cheap. I guess I was hoping for something that felt heavier or sturdier, but then I'm sure that would cost much more. Effective, nice compact for the price

Good compact. Lightweight, serves it's purpose. Powder can break though, so putting a cotton ball in compact helps keep powder safe when traveling or put in a purse.

Not much to say....it's a compact.
Compact was fine. No complaints. However as a first time buyer of the pressed powder I was a little annoyed that I had to purchase an $18 compact on top of the $40ish compact. $18 just seems steep for a compact

Works well for storing the powders
This was a really nice way to keep the mineral base safe and for an easy application. However, I didn't like the mineral base that I used so I will not be repurchasing that product in the future. If you will be using the Iredale mineral products in the future, this is a great compliment for the products. But, I recommend not purchasing if you are trying the mineral products for the first time.

Good product. Bought it to hold my Jane iredale foundation. The main disappointment is that I expected it to feel more expensive since the foundation alone is not cheap and I did experience some cracking in my powder when I tossed it my purse. But overall ok.
