BROKEN AFTER A YEAR AND A HALF
I bought the NuFACE mini from Dermstore a year and a half ago. I used it for a while, and maybe it temporarily slightly lifts the face muscles. It's the type of tool you have to use for the rest of your life, if you want to keep results. It basically stimulates the muscles in your face. If you don't use it regularly, your results will reverse. It's like exercising-If you stop exercising, your muscle tone will diminish. So if this is the case, then the NuFACE should last more than a year and a half. It looks like it is charging, but when I unplug it, it is completely dead and will not turn on. I called NuFACE Customer service, and Marisol was very unpleasant. She basically accused me of not caring for it properly. I asked for her manager, and she said she was unavailable. This is a terrible way to represent your company. I have read many other similar reviews about the Mini . The NuFACE company is not a standup one. I am going to keep harassing them until I talk to a manager. If something changes, I will update this poor review. I also contacted DERMSTORE, and they said I bought it too long ago. This tool is very expensive, and there is no reason for it not to work. I will no longer purchase from DERMSTORE!

small and effective
Nuface mini is much better than its bigger sister, easier to hold and maneuver. I use it at the maximum setting 3-4 times a week. Not sure if it is useful for getting rid of deep set wrinkles but it nicely contours and lifts my face, giving me a younger appearance.

Best Kept Secret
I love the results with this device. I use it just about everyday and my skin, eyes and neck have never looked so plump and smooth. It is temporary fix, but it makes a big difference.

Worth the money
I bought it from Dermstore about a year ago. I've been using it two times a week for a year. I can see the difference. It does not completely get rid of wrinkles, but it does make your face toned. I use it on my neck too. The results are not as dramatic as on the face.

I've been using this product for a couple weeks now and it has been great. I can see the difference in the tightness of my face. I look a lot more youthful and not so tired. I've started using it on my boyfriend as well.. Incase I have to look at him the rest of my life. The only reason I gave it a four star was because of the gel primer it comes with. It is gel at first but then dries really quick and doesn't away the roller to glide on the skin very easy. You definitely want it to glide or it was pull your skin and kind of hurt. Other than that I love it.

Pampering yourself
I love this product because it uses microcurrent so that I do not have to put a lot of pressure on my face. I use this at night pampering myself. It certainly eases tension, and my skin feels smoother and my face being more shaped. I feel that way at least, which means it gives pretty good psychological effect. I do not have any issue even I use it daily. I wish Dermstore offers larger size primer, because you need plenty of it so that you will not feel sensation of microcurrent.
