Clean skin thoroughly before applying medication. Moisten a cotton ball with the Obagi CLENZIderm M.D. Pore Therapy and smooth the cotton ball over your face. Use AM and PM. Allow to dry. If bothersome drying occurs, reduce application to once a day or every other day.

Too harsh for my skin
I had to stop using this toner because it caused my face and (even my fingers!) to peel. While I was using it, I didn't find that it was more effective than other salicylic toners I'd used before. I have cystic and nodular hormonal acne. Maybe this toner is better suited less aggressive acne.

Never switching again!
I got this from my esthetician's office and I looovedddd it, it helped with my texture, my pores, it just made me look and feel clean. Once my bottle got low I switched to Paulas choice BHA 2% just because it was slightly cheaper and I read some reviews and I hoped it would do the same, and it was okay at first, but as time went on I noticed it wasn't taking care of my skin the way this was and I regret even buying it! My skin wasn't silky smooth with paulas like it was with the obagi, and I'm fixing to order another bottle now and putting paulas underneath the sink!

wow - great for bad breakouts
Had a horrible allergic reaction to something I ate, which triggered the worst acne breakout I have ever had. I did some research and this came up as a good toner to use to calm down breakouts. From the moment I put it on, it did an amazing job of calming down the redness, extracting the dirt, and has helped this breakout from getting worse. It is a bit tingly after use, so I let it fully dry before applying my moisturizer. The applicator is perfect to be used with flat cotton pads, and is hygienic. I am super happy with the results. Highly Highly Highly recommend this product. It can be used by itself, or as a step in your skincare regimen. If you have a bad breakout, this is for you. Seriously.
