Rolls right off
Very disappointed. I am returning this eye cream as it does not penetrate the skin. When applying makeup over the cream even after 15 minutes, the make up and cream just rolls off the skin and is lumpy.

I like that the eye cream is light weight, and a little goes a long way. Makeup also applies really well over it. As far as helping my fine lines around my eyes, I haven’t really noticed a difference. The cream dries quickly and leaves my skin looking kind of “matte”. I prefer a thicker, more moisturizing eye cream!
