Very hydrating
I feel the formula has changed but it could very well be my skin. I used this toner a few years ago and recently switched back and noticed it's more hydrating which is why I thought the formula may have changed. At any rate, it's a great toner. I pat the toner directly into my skin vs using a cotton pad. It seems to help soak in and save product.

Not overly impressed

A Little Underwhelming
It's a simple and hydrating toner that absorbs into the skin nicely. The fragrance is fairly strong, so if you're sensitive to added fragrance that's something important to note. It's overall a good product and I can't think of any cons, but I don't think it's worth the price. The price is for the luxury feel, not for high performance ingredients.

BEST TONER EVER.
Seriously... I've tried A LOT of skincare, makeup, cleansers, toners... You name it, I've tried it! But when I met this toner I immediately fell in love. You'd be surprised how about how much stuff I still on your skin after cleansing! But this takes it all off. After the first use my skin looked all around better! More toned more refined more even I'll never use a different toner again!
