Very balanced toner
This is one of the best toners I have ever used. It doesn't dry your skin or make your skin look greasy. Instead, it gives your skin the smooth touch that is perfect for the later application of serum or moisturizer (I usually use AHA or BHA after tone). It doesn't seem to break me out, either. Definitely going to buy it again. The only thing I would complain is the scent of the toner is a bit strong and artificial for me. If its scent could be more subtle, then the toner would be perfect.

Finally, a toner worth buying!!
Great toner!! I have sensitive skin that will dry out in reaction to a lot of products. I've tried many toners over the years and this one is amazing! Leaves the skin feeling clean and nourished without being harsh or overly drying. Also noticed a lot less breakouts during that time of month. I went through a phase where I skipped "toning" because I could never find one that I thought my skin benefited from. Randomly decided to give this a shot and I'm so glad I did! I use once a day at night after cleansing and it has lasted me almost 4 months. Little goes a long way - my tip is don't waste product by soaking the entire cotton pad.
