At first I was not a huge fan, but it’s won me over. I see the excess it wipes off and although very much NOT a fan of the blue coloring, it does show that easily. I’ve been using on my arms where I have little bumps as well.

I really love this Toner. I've tried a few different brands in the past but after those were emptied, I would move onto something else. This is the first one I've wanted to repurchase.
