Obagi Professional-C Serum 10% infuses your skin with L-ascorbic acid, the only form of vitamin C suitable for topical application. Designed to penetrate deep into your skin, this formula provides effective antioxidant protection from UV damage as it brightens away hyperpigmentation and encourages the growth of collagen and elastin fibers.
Apply five to seven drops of Obagi Professional-C Serum to the face, neck and chest using fingertips. Apply to cleansed skin in the morning before sunscreen and makeup application. A slight tingling may occur in some people, which diminishes with continued use.

Glowing skin
I started using this a few weeks ago in conjunction with the C-exfoliating day lotion and night lotion. My skin has really transformed in just a few weeks to smooth glowing skin. Time will tell if this will erase my hyperpigmentation, but I have be really impressed with the overall improvement in my skin's appearance. Occasionally I feel mild tingling when applying this product, but it's not uncomfortable and it makes me think the product is working. My skin seemed a little drier than normal and had very mild peeling about a week after starting to use this product, but that has since resolved and I chalk it up to an adjustment phase.

Great for even the most sensitive skin!
I was introduced to this product a few years ago at a local spa. I have a lot of food and other intolerances that can wreak havoc on my skin. My dermatologist suggested that a topical Vitamin C serum would be too irritating for me. Little did he know I was already using it! I stopped using the rosacea medication and found a skin care routine, including this product, that helped reduce the redness and bumps. Obagi Professional-C does not irritate, and has helped improve the texture of my skin. It has a smoother, younger appearance. I am 41 and have been using it for a few years. People think I am 10 years younger. I am confident that this product has contributed to my skin's overall appearance. I stopped using it one summer when my skin was irritated, from what I later discovered was caused by an intolerance to dairy. When I added the Obaji back to my skin care routine, I saw the positive effects that I had been missing, and will continue to use it. I really makes a difference!

I like the texture and the scent, and it doesn't stain clothes. I don't know how to tell if it is working, my guess is that I'll have long-term results. Next time I want to try Skinceuticals serum 10, then I can say which one i prefer! anyway, considering the price and the brand, it's a product I recommend. If you have sensitive/dry skin, it doesn't burn or irritate skin, not even in the eye area. Good purchase!

Healthy for skin; bad for clothes
At Dermstore.com, buyers have limited time to write a review, so I haven't been using this serum long enough to tell if it's making a difference, but the serum has a lovely smooth texture (works nicely as a primer under La Roche Posay Anthelios sunscreen and foundation or powder), and it does not make me oily (even though it feels oily). I feel no stinging sensation, so the 10% must be mild enough. My main gripe -- and it's a big one -- is that it stains. I assumed I could also apply the serum to my neck for antioxidant protection, and almost every shirt, sweater or scarf I wore the first week now has an indelible orangey brown stain. So just be careful and wear Obagi Professional-C Serum on your face only ... but even then, watch out for the chin area if you are wearing a scarf you love. If you use this product in winter, you'll also want to be mindful of the hats you choose. I am quite annoyed that I ruined 7+ perfectly good apparel items, as I feel like the product should come with a warning, but the print on the box is practically illegible and it came with no how-to-use insert. Maybe I received a dud, but I will definitely not repurchase because I feel doubly ripped off -- first by its the price and second by having had to throw away perfectly-good clothing.

Adds radiance and smoother texture
